Moved from running the dedupe process to engineering it, pushing toward automation, AI and prevention at the source.
Re-architected it into a monitored, version-controlled pipeline: dbt model for trusted account email domains, all SQL and Python in GitHub, production Airflow job.
Built a Glean agent that normalizes and matches account lists on its own, plus AI-assisted SQL for tricky data questions.
Fixed hierarchies, parent and location rollups and recursive duplicate chains so territory and segment reporting reflects reality.
Wrote the SOPs, mentor teammates on matching and dedupe, and interview candidates as the team grows.
